Triathlon Swimming Training & Lessons

Our triathlon swim training program is geared towards triathletes in the off season who are looking to not only improve their technique, but also train in a structured environment with professional coaches and competitive collegiate swimmers.

Program Options

Option 1-Technical Training Sessions

*Each training session will have multiple coaches on deck to ensure individual attention and stroke corrections are provided every practice. Duration of training sessions are 1 hour each, with approximately 50% of the time focused on technique, and 50% focused on technique application and training

Option 2- Get FAST 

*Each session is 1 hr in length, with an emphasis on pace work, increased aerobic/anaerobic capacity, and test sets. Individual pace cards with correlating heart rate zones are created for each swimmer, and are used on a weekly basis.

Please note that for all of our programs, each training day will be limited in registrants to ensure ample space is provided to all participating athletes
