Do you have a busy schedule during the summer, but would still like your children to learn how to swim, the right way? Excel Aquatics is proud to offer the Our School at Your Pool program! In this private lesson program, we send one of our experienced swim instructors to teach your children how to swim in the privacy of your backyard pool. At home swim lessons are 30 minutes in length, and are offered as either packaged or per lesson scheduling!

Classes and Pricing
**Please note that there is a $12/student non-refundable registration fee due prior to scheduling. This is used for seasonal expenses related to this program. We also require a fully refundable deposit of one full lesson as late cancellation insurance. Please review in program details below**
Private Swimming Lessons:
Student to instructor ratio is 1:1
2024 price: $70 per lesson
Semi-Private Swimming Lessons:
Student to instructor ratio is 2:1
2024 price: $45/swimmer per lesson
Group Swim Lesson:
Student to instructor ratio is 3:1
2024 price: $35/swimmer per lesson.

POLICIES
Payments and Waivers
At this time, lessons may be paid for via cash, check, or electronically via credit card. The non refundable registration fee and refundable lesson cancellation deposit are due at the time of onboarding, and must be paid for electronically in the provided portal account. At the time of onboarding, one of our staff will help each family create a portal account, which will include an electronic payment method and waiver checkoff.
Scheduling
During the onboarding process, instructors will work with families to come up with a set schedule of lesson dates and times for the summer. These dates will then be logged and confirmed in writing in order to make sure there is transparent communication between families and staff. For any date changes/cancellations within the allotted window, families are asked to submit a lesson change form HERE. This will ensure that all lesson schedule changes are properly documented and received by the appropriate staff members.
Cancellations
Our program is designed to not only provide an excellent convenient service to our local families, but also is a fun and rewarding job for all of our instructors. However, it is important to keep in mind that our instructors’ income is dependent on their lessons, and they schedule lessons in specific areas to accommodate as many families as possible. Therefore, our cancellation/makeup policy goes as follows:
General Cancellation: We require at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel your lesson in order to not be charged for the missed lesson. Notice must be submitted in writing HERE. If we do not receive the minimum 12 hour notice, we will use the refundable lesson cancellation deposit to cover the cost of the cancelled lesson.
Inclement Weather
Our instructors reserve the right to postpone and reschedule lessons due to inclement weather that is dangerous for outdoor swimming (electrical storms, dangerously cold temperatures). This includes lessons that have already begun but have not yet completed. In this scenario, families will be charged for the amount of time in the lesson that has been completed, and the instructor will work to schedule the additional missed time at a later date.
Satisfaction Guarentee
Excel Aquatics takes great pride in all of our lessons programs, and we want to make sure all families are satisfied with the service they are provided. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your child’s first lesson, you will not be charged for the class! We will provide an instructor change at no cost.
