Skill Set 1: Bobs

*Swimmer must comfortably demonstrate bobs all the way under water
*No forcing or dunking
*Work up to bobs with bubbles and cheek dips

Skill Set 2: Assisted kicking, scooping, and floating

*Use 4 powerpack and assistance (holding) for kicking and scooping; kicking completed with a board
*Floating done by holding-NO POWERPACK IS USED WHEN FLOATING
